Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding home entertainment systems, addressing issues and providing solutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure that service quality meets or exceeds expectations.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and industry trends.

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong interest in home entertainment technology and customer service.
• Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
