Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Assist customers in understanding the benefits and features of eco-friendly products.
• Efficiently handle inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately for ongoing service improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to promote a culture of sustainability and service excellence.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be stated in your application.
• A genuine passion for eco-friendly products and environmental sustainability.
• Prior experience in customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, proactive attitude.
