Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding our virtual assistant services and resolve any issues they may encounter.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure consistency and quality of service.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service objectives and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay informed about service updates and best practices.

• Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential. Please be sure to clearly state your nationality and native language in your Cover Letter and/or C.V.
• A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support or virtual assistance is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
