In this essential role, you will engage directly with our Spanish-speaking clients, providing expert guidance and support in the realm of IT solutions and cybersecurity.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients regarding IT support and cybersecurity inquiries.
• Provide expert advice on cybersecurity best practices and risk management.
• Assist clients in troubleshooting IT issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
• Conduct security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend necessary measures.
• Educate clients on cybersecurity tools and approaches to help enhance their security framework.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and threats in IT support and cybersecurity to provide informed solutions.

• Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a benefit. Please ensure that your nationality and native language are clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in IT support, cybersecurity, or a related technical field is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols, frameworks, and tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks independently.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and remaining informed about emerging cyber threats and technologies.
