Junior Tender Assistant (Part Time)

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, a global Healthcare Technology leader, is seeking to recruit a Junior Tender Assistant.

📌 Location: Marousi

📍 Working Model: Hybrid model

🗓️ Schedule: Monday-Friday (09:30-14:30)

📝Contract duration: 1 year with potential for extension

What you will do:

• Screen tenders on public and private search platforms, including InfoNews

• Identify potential opportunities that align with the company’s portfolio

• Act as the link between external search providers and the Sales teams for tender-related topics

• Collect, organize, and share relevant documents from search platforms with the Sales and Pricing & Contracting departments

What we are looking for:

• Current student or recent graduate

• Educational background in Healthcare/Biotechnology will be considered as a plus

• Experience in a related field or familiarity with the InfoNews platform will be highly valued

• Excellent command of the English language

• Good user of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook/Word)

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
