Czech Speaking Customer Support for Streaming TV & Movie Services Department

We are currently looking for a Czech Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Streaming TV & Movie Services Department. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about entertainment and technology and want to assist Czech-speaking customers with their streaming experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Czech-speaking clients regarding streaming services via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, content availability, and subscription details.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and technical issues to ensure a seamless streaming experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding inquiries.
• Educate clients on how to navigate the platform and access content effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and improve service delivery.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to contribute to service improvements and content suggestions.

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the entertainment or streaming industry.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Familiarity with customer support software and standard office applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
