Responsibilities

• Engage with German-speaking clients to understand their needs related to online ticketing and event services.
• Provide expert consultancy on the use of online ticketing platforms and best practices for event management.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of clients’ current ticketing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and user experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of ticketing solutions tailored to client specifications.
• Assist clients in navigating event regulations and provide support for compliance issues.
• Stay informed of industry trends and developments in online ticketing and event technology.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and support.

• Fluency in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Relevant experience in online ticketing, event management, or a related consulting role.
• Strong understanding of ticketing systems, platforms, and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide strategic insights to clients.
• Proficient communication skills to clearly convey complex information to clients.
• Experience with CRM systems and project management tools is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
