Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Address inquiries related to telecommunications services, billing, and technical support.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the company’s database.
• Stay updated on product offerings and service changes to provide accurate information to customers.
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• Promote a positive image of the company through all customer interactions.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications or tech sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions.
• Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A commitment to customer satisfaction and a positive attitude.
