Your Title: Administrative Assistant, Underwriting

Your Location: Remote Anywhere within the USA

You Report To: Underwriting Manager

Your Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:30am-7pm EST (could be subject to change based on the needs of the business)

Compensation: $19.11/hr

About the Opportunity:

First Help Financial, voted and certified as a “Great Place to Work” by our workforce for three years in a row, is adding a new partner to our Underwriting department to accommodate our remarkable growth! This is a temporary full-time three (3) month assignment with the potential to be extended.

What you will do:

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Working in FHF software platforms to ID viable deals
• Review and research applications submitted
• Analyze and clear fraud alerts
• Partner with customers and internal staff, providing premier customer service
• Recording keeping, including pulling, saving, and uploading reports.
• Perform various other administrative, data entry, clerical or customer service duties as needed by the department

What you bring:

• 1+ year of Data Entry experience
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
• High level of attention to detail
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Ability to problem solve, research, and discover solutions
