Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding electronics products, technical support, and warranty services.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system for quality assurance and follow-up.
• Stay informed about the latest product releases, features, and promotions to deliver knowledgeable assistance.
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
• Promote a positive image of the company while engaging with customers and building lasting relationships.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or electronics industry.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure while handling customer inquiries.
• Proficient in customer service tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A true passion for electronics and consumer technology.
