We are currently seeking a German Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Home Entertainment Systems Department. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients regarding home entertainment systems via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about product features, troubleshooting issues, and warranty information.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and technical issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved issues.
• Educate customers on how to maximize the use of their home entertainment systems.
• Work closely with technical teams to address complex customer concerns and enhance service quality.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in home entertainment products to provide knowledgeable support.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the electronics or home entertainment industry.
• Strong interest in technology with a clear ability to explain complex concepts to customers.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, patient demeanor.
• Proficient in using customer support software and standard office tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
