Italian Speaking IT Support Specialist - Athens (Remote in Greece)

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is seeking an Italian Speaking IT Support Specialist to join our remote team based in Greece. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are dedicated to providing excellent customer support in a technical role. As an IT Support Specialist, you will assist Italian-speaking clients, ensuring their technical issues are addressed efficiently and effectively while working from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional IT support to Italian-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Effectively diagnose and resolve software and hardware problems encountered by clients.
• Provide guidance to customers regarding product usage and best practices for optimal performance.
• Document all support interactions and technical resolutions within the designated CRM system.
• Work closely with the IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and prompt resolution of their technical queries.
• Stay informed on the latest product enhancements and technology trends to enhance support services.

• Fluency in both Italian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in IT support or a related technical field is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in a customer service context.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
• Familiarity with remote support tools and CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a remote work environment.
