As a travel specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized service and expert guidance throughout the booking process.

Responsibilities

• Assist Italian-speaking clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and excursions.
• Provide bespoke travel recommendations tailored to clients’ preferences, budgets, and interests.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about travel trends, popular destinations, and exclusive offers to enhance client knowledge.
• Oversee the accuracy and completeness of all travel bookings and reservations.
• Resolve any challenges or inquiries that arise during the planning stages or while clients are traveling.
• Develop lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat bookings.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• A background in travel and tourism or relevant experience in a client-facing role is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with travel booking software and CRM systems is an advantage.
• A genuine passion for travel along with a commitment to providing outstanding client care.
