Italian Speaking Accommodation Support Specialist - Athens (Remote in Greece)

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is on the lookout for an Italian Speaking Accommodation Support Specialist to join our remote team based in Greece. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in providing excellent customer service and possess a strong command of the Italian language. As an Accommodation Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting Italian-speaking clients with their accommodation inquiries, ensuring a seamless and pleasant booking process.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to Italian-speaking clients in their search for accommodation.
• Handle all aspects of the booking process, including inquiries, reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
• Communicate detailed information about accommodation options, amenities, and local attractions.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and accommodation providers for improved service delivery.
• Address and resolve client concerns and special requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Document all client interactions accurately in the booking system.
• Stay up-to-date on local accommodation options and industry trends to provide the best recommendations.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
• Effective problem-solving skills to manage client inquiries and challenges.
• Familiarity with booking systems and customer relationship management software is a plus.
• High level of organization and attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a remote environment.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently as part of a remote team.
