Italian Speaking Electronics Support Specialist - Athens

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to electronic products effectively.
• Guide customers through product usage and features to enhance their experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address complex issues and escalate when necessary.
• Conduct follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction with resolutions provided.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in electronics and support tools to continuously improve service delivery.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in electronics support or a similar technology-focused role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of electronic components and troubleshooting methods.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and customer support software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
