Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat, effectively handling their rental inquiries and providing prompt responses.
• Assist clients throughout the rental journey, from making reservations to clarifying rental policies and vehicle selection.
• Proactively resolve customer issues and queries to promote customer satisfaction and a seamless rental experience.
• Collaborate closely with rental locations to ensure vehicle availability and smooth operational processes.
• Collect and analyze feedback from clients to continuously improve our service offerings and customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure transparency and efficiency.
• Keep informed about rental products, policies, and promotional offers to provide customers with up-to-date information.

• Fluency in Italian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in car rental or related industries, is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Detail-oriented, with effective organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Capable of addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Proficient in using CRM software and familiar with standard office applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
