As a travel specialist, you will provide personalized travel guidance, ensuring every client's journey is meticulously planned and executed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Italian-speaking clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including accommodations, flights, and local activities.
• Offer tailored travel advice based on individual client preferences, travel trends, and destination insights.
• Respond to inquiries promptly via phone, email, or chat, while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of popular destinations, travel packages, and promotional offers.
• Oversee the booking process, ensuring all reservations are accurate and meet clients’ needs.
• Resolve any issues or inquiries that arise during the trip planning process or while clients are traveling.
• Foster lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
• Proficient communication and strong customer service abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently while also being a team player in a remote environment.
• Experience with travel booking software and CRM tools is a plus.
• A sincere enthusiasm for travel and dedication to providing outstanding client experiences.
