Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch IT support to clients in Italian via phone, email, and chat, ensuring their technical issues are resolved swiftly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of hardware and software problems.
• Educate customers about product features, enhancements, and best practices.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical resolutions in the system.
• Collaborate effectively with other IT team members to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure overall satisfaction with the support provided.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to enhance your support skills.

• Fluency in Italian and English is essential, with superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in an IT support role or a similar technical position.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in relation to IT issues.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service focus.
• Familiarity with IT systems and remote support tools is advantageous.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic remote environment.
