Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support for electronic products to Italian-speaking customers through various communication platforms including phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose technical issues related to electronics and provide timely solutions.
• Assist customers in navigating product features and functionalities, ensuring they get the most out of their purchases.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system.
• Work closely with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues and relay customer feedback.
• Follow up with customers to guarantee satisfaction with the solutions provided.
• Stay current with developments in the electronics field to enhance your support capabilities.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
• Relevant experience in electronics support or similar technical roles is preferred.
• Strong understanding of electronic devices and troubleshooting processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is a plus.
• Able to efficiently manage tasks and work independently in a remote setting.
