This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about technology and have a passion for helping others. As part of our dedicated support team, you will be responsible for assisting Italian-speaking customers, diagnosing their technical issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional IT support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Rapidly diagnose and resolve a variety of software and hardware issues.
• Educate clients on software functionality and best practices to enhance their experience.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to ongoing improvements in support processes.
• Perform follow-up communications with clients to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
• Keep updated on the latest technology trends and product updates to enhance support efforts.

• Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in IT support or a related technical role is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and remote support software is an asset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.
