This position is designed for individuals fluent in Nordic languages who are passionate about e-commerce and providing exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, order statuses, and return processes on the online shopping platform.
• Provide guidance to customers through the shopping experience, helping them navigate the platform and offering personalized recommendations.
• Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the shopping experience and address any operational issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s product offerings and promotional campaigns.
• Document customer interactions accurately, contributing to the knowledge base for improved service quality.

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or online sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide clear solutions.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• A genuine interest in online shopping and current e-commerce trends.
