Responsibilities

• Analyze social media metrics to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients in the Nordic region.
• Monitor audience engagement and performance trends across various social media platforms relevant to Nordic markets.
• Create comprehensive reports and presentations that summarize key findings and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective, analytics-based social media strategies tailored to the Nordic audience.
• Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media analytics and the Nordic digital landscape.
• Support the planning and execution of data-informed social media campaigns that resonate with the Nordic audience.

• Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in social media or digital marketing contexts.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their analytical tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio).
• Strong communication skills, particularly in presenting data findings clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
