• Assist customers with inquiries about electronic products, order status, and technical support.
• Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s product range to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate optimal customer experiences and address complex inquiries.
• Document all customer interactions and feedback for service improvement and compliance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and company developments to enhance customer relationships.

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the electronics or technology sector.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide practical solutions.
• Familiarity with customer service software and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• A passion for technology and eagerness to learn about electronic products.
