Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific Time, with a 30-minute unpaid break

Salary: $1,000 per month

1-3 years of experience in managing Shopify stores, including product and inventory management.

Job Overview: 

We are seeking a Shopify VA Specialist with proven expertise in managing Shopify stores. This role involves handling product listings, optimizing inventory management, maintaining website functionality, and ensuring seamless Shopify operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of optimizing e-commerce performance through SEO and website enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shopify Store Management:
• Create, manage, and optimize product listings, including collections, variants, swatches, tags, and descriptions.
• Update and maintain product inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels.
• Manage image uploads and optimize product visuals for a professional storefront.
• Oversee Shopify navigation and menu structure for seamless user experience.
• Website Maintenance & Optimization:
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Shopify-related issues.
• Ensure the website is optimized for performance, user experience, and SEO.
• Implement and maintain Shopify app integrations to enhance store functionality.
• Assist in website design updates and customization.
• SEO & Data Management:
• Optimize product descriptions and metadata to improve search engine rankings.
• Conduct data entry and maintain accurate product details across the platform.
• Perform data mapping for smooth integration of new products.
• Monitor and sync new products and inventory updates.
• Administrative & Support Tasks:
• Assist with new product onboarding and uploading.
• Provide ongoing Shopify support and guidance to the team.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.
  

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in managing Shopify stores, including product and inventory management.
• Strong understanding of SEO and website optimization strategies.
• Experience with Shopify app integrations and technical troubleshooting.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and results-driven.
• Ability to manage Shopify navigation, menu structures, and website design elements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
