Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking users of the online marketplace platform through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding account management, product listings, transactions, and platform functionalities.
• Effectively resolve issues and complaints to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document resolutions for future reference.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve platform offerings.
• Educate clients on platform features, policies, and best practices to maximize their success.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute to ongoing improvements in service quality.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or online marketplace sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and standard office software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
