Nordic Speaking Customer Service for Grocery Delivery Services Department

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Grocery Delivery Services Department. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer support and have a keen interest in the grocery and delivery sectors.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns related to grocery delivery services.
• Assist customers with order placements, modifications, cancellations, and tracking of their deliveries.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the company’s systems to maintain detailed records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery and address any issues faced by customers.
• Stay updated on the latest products, services, and promotions within the grocery industry to provide accurate information to customers.
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights for service improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

• Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the grocery or delivery sector.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle challenging situations effectively.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A passion for the grocery industry and helping customers enjoy a seamless delivery experience.
