Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients using our mobile banking services through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback related to mobile banking applications, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the operations team to resolve customer queries and enhance our mobile services.
• Participate actively in training sessions to keep abreast of new technology and banking features.

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
• Strong interest in technology and mobile applications, particularly in the banking sector.
• Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
