Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and technical support.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process, providing detailed product information and addressing any concerns.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's automotive offerings and industry trends.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and enhance overall service delivery.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance to customers.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Passionate about the automotive sector and eager to assist customers with their needs.
