This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and dedicated to providing exceptional customer support to Slovenian-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Offer outstanding customer service to Slovenian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and technical issues related to electronics products and services.
• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and warranty claims.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with technical support and other teams to address customer needs and provide comprehensive solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and offerings in the electronics industry to provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Maintain a positive and professional image of the company while engaging with customers.

• Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the electronics or technology sector.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle inquiries and complaints effectively under pressure.
• Familiarity with customer service tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• A genuine interest in electronics and a passion for helping customers succeed.
