This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and eager to assist Spanish-speaking clients in navigating the online shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to e-commerce products and services.
• Assist customers with order placements, shipping inquiries, and product information, ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
• Handle customer complaints and returns professionally, aiming to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of product offerings and current promotions to provide accurate information.
• Document all customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvement.
• Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently and customer expectations are met.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service or e-commerce is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• A genuine passion for e-commerce and helping customers find the right products.
