This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about fashion and dedicated to providing exceptional service to Spanish-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with inquiries related to fashion products, sizing, order status, and promotions.
• Guide customers in their shopping experiences by offering style advice and product recommendations.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the latest fashion trends and the company’s product offerings.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records.
• Collaborate with sales and inventory teams to ensure accurate product availability information is communicated to customers.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to handle high volumes of inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• A genuine passion for fashion and keeping up with current trends.
