We are currently seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Consumer Electronics Repair & Warranty Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and customer service, and who enjoy helping Spanish-speaking clients navigate their repair and warranty needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding repair services and warranty claims via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about product warranties, repair processes, and service status.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot issues to ensure a satisfactory experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately and manage case escalations as necessary.
• Collaborate with technical teams to gather information and provide expedient solutions for clients.
• Educate customers on warranty policies, repair procedures, and product care tips.
• Collect customer feedback to support ongoing improvements in service quality and efficiency.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the consumer electronics or warranty sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
