Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding home entertainment systems.
  • Assist with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support to resolve customer issues.
  • Guide customers through setup processes and educate them on system features and functionalities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Collaborate with team members and technical experts to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Stay updated on product specifications, features, and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Promote a culture of customer satisfaction and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer support roles, particularly in technology or home entertainment sectors, is a plus.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand product functionalities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and calmly.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM tools is beneficial.
  • A proactive attitude, with the desire to learn and help customers achieve the best experience with their products.
