We are currently searching for a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Online Music & Podcast Department. Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding music and podcast services via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about subscription plans, content access, and technical issues.
• Help resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately and manage follow-ups on unresolved issues.
• Collaborate with the content and technical teams to address customer needs effectively.
• Stay updated on the latest music and podcast trends to provide informed assistance.
• Gather client feedback to help improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the entertainment or digital services sector is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Familiarity with music streaming platforms and podcast services would be an advantage.
• Proficient in customer support software and standard office tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
