Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support in French for music streaming inquiries
• Assist users with account setup, changes, and troubleshooting
• Guide customers through features and help optimize their usage

• Stay updated on product features and music industry trends

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
