Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support in German for various inquiries related to virtual assistant services
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently
• Assist customers in understanding and utilizing virtual assistant tools
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries
• Collaborate with team members to enhance client service delivery
• Stay informed on company processes and virtual assistant offerings

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Familiarity with virtual communication tools and support software is an advantage
• Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service
