As an IT Support Agent, you will leverage your German language skills to assist clients with a wide range of IT-related inquiries. Your role will be critical in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality IT support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions and support activities.
• Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns and improve support processes.
• Stay informed about product updates and service improvements to offer accurate assistance.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training sessions.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in IT support or customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Familiarity with common operating systems and software applications.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
• Valid work authorization for Greece required.
