German Speaking Roadside Assistance - remote from Greece, start in May or June

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a German Speaking Roadside Assistance agent to join our team remotely from Greece, with a start date in May or June. This role is ideal for individuals fluent in German who are passionate about providing excellent customer service in critical situations.

In this dynamic position, you will be the first point of contact for German-speaking clients experiencing roadside emergencies. Your ability to communicate effectively and remain calm under pressure will be essential in ensuring that clients receive timely and efficient assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for German-speaking clients in need of roadside support.
• Assess emergency situations quickly and provide clear, reassuring guidance to clients.
• Coordinate with local service providers to ensure prompt assistance is dispatched.
• Document interactions and actions taken during each client call diligently.
• Keep clients informed about the progress of their assistance while they wait.
• Handle administrative tasks, including updating records and service logs.
• Stay updated on company policies and emergency procedures to enhance service effectiveness.

• Fluency in German and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or roadside assistance is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure in emergency scenarios.
• Excellent problem-solving skills focused on client satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable using technology and remote working tools relevant to the role.
