Italian Speaking Financial Services Support Agent - Athens (Remote in Greece)

This role is ideal for individuals fluent in Italian who are eager to provide outstanding customer support in the financial services sector from the comfort of their home.

In this position, you will be responsible for assisting our Italian-speaking clients with their inquiries about various financial products and services. Your expertise and dedication will help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat while working remotely.
• Answer inquiries regarding financial products, services, and transaction processes.
• Effectively troubleshoot issues and resolve client concerns, escalating complex inquiries when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions in our customer management system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Stay updated on financial service developments and company products.
• Assist new clients during the onboarding process, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service or financial services is an asset but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assist clients effectively and resolve problems.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills in a remote setting.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on providing high-quality service.
• Familiarity with financial software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm for customer service, and willingness to learn.
