Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via email, chat, and phone to Estonian-speaking online content creators.
• Assist clients with inquiries regarding our platform, services, and tools available to support their work.
• Effectively troubleshoot issues and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Educate content creators about best practices and resources available for their success.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and address client needs.

• Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• A passion for online content creation and an understanding of the digital landscape is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with customer service software and platforms is advantageous.
