Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in German via various channels, including email and chat.
• Assist content moderators with inquiries related to our online platform.
• Resolve technical issues and answer queries concerning moderation processes.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Collaborate with the moderation team to continuously improve service quality.
• Educate customers about our content moderation services and best practices.

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
• Previous experience in customer support or related fields preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
