French Speaking IT Support Agent- Remote in Greece

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding IT support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
• Assist users with product setup, installations, and general inquiries.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of solutions provided.
• Collaborate with other support teams to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvements.

• Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Experience in IT support or a similar technical support role is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle diverse customer situations.
• Technical knowledge of IT systems, software, and customer support practices.
• Able to work effectively in a remote environment while managing time and tasks efficiently.
