Customer Success Representative

• As part of SmartDev’s aggressive growth plan we are looking to expand our development team, we (https://smartdev.com/) offers tailor-made mobile apps and websites with the most popular frontend and back-end technologies. We are currently works with about 300 developers.

Note: Successful candidate can choose whether to work at Danang or Hanoi. 

• Improve customer service processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Handle the onboarding process for new clients and educate them about new features, updates. 
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products with existing clients. 
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Work to improve the customer feedback channels and communication to ensure a constant flow of reviews from them.
• Prepare reports summarizing customer feedback, usage data, and retention rates.

• At least 3-4 year of Customer Success Representative/Account Manager experience. 
• Strong sense and hand-on experience in Sales is a plus point. 
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to managing tasks.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and simple way.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills will come in handy.
• Own ability to keep calm under pressure and solve problems timely and effective.
• Fluent English communication.
