Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer support in French through phone, email, and chat.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered by customers.
  • Collaborate with various departments to escalate complex inquiries and ensure a timely resolution.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately, maintaining detailed records in our support database.
  • Guide customers through product installation, configuration, and optimal usage.
  • Educate customers on product features to improve their experience and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and follow up on open support tickets to ensure customer issues are addressed promptly.
  • Fluency in French; both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service is advantageous.
  • Understanding of consumer services and technical solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
