Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional technical support in French through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues effectively and promptly.
• Guide customers through product functionalities, ensuring they receive maximum benefit from our solutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and technical resolutions in the support database.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

• Fluency in French and proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
