Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support in Finnish via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with different departments to escalate unresolved issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our support system.
  • Assist customers with product installation, configuration, and optimization.
  • Educate customers on product features and usage to enhance their experience.
  • Monitor and follow up on open support tickets to ensure timely resolution and customer feedback.
  • Fluency in Finnish; both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in a technical support role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of consumer services and technology products.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly.
  • Problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed to support customer needs.
