Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to online content creators in Italian via email, phone, and chat.
  • Assist creators with inquiries related to our platform, features, and monetization opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Gather feedback from users to help improve our services and client experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to provide the best support possible.
  • Collaborate with the product team to relay user feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support, preferably in the digital or content creation industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with online content creation tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and tools.
