Responsibilities

  • Offer exceptional customer support via live chat, email, and phone communications.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding gaming operations, rules, promotions, and account issues promptly and professionally.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that customers may experience while enjoying our online platforms.
  • Provide informative assistance regarding gaming products and services to enhance overall customer experience.
  • Assist customers with account creation, verification processes, and managing financial transactions including deposits and withdrawals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to help improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience across all gaming platforms.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, both written and spoken, is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support, ideally in the iGaming or related industry.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to efficiently address customer inquiries.
  • Familiarity with online gaming environments and a genuine passion for the iGaming sector.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet varying customer needs.
