Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-quality customer support in Norwegian through various communication channels (phone, email, and chat).
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding e-cigarette products, orders, and usage.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide detailed product information and guidance to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and product feedback.
  • Collaborate with the product team to relay customer insights that can improve our offerings.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.
  • Fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer support or a related role, preferably within the consumer goods sector.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with e-cigarette products is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change.
