Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide timely and accurate information regarding our streaming services and content.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to streaming on various devices.
  • Handle account-related inquiries including subscriptions, billing issues, and service changes.
  • Implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to resolve escalated issues effectively.
  • Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.

  • Proficient in using computer systems and software for customer support.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
